Once you submit an order, orders cannot be cancelled or changed. Please check your items and mailing address carefully before clicking submit.

You will receive a shipping confirmation number once your item is shipped. Please allow 3 – 5 business days for orders to process and 7 – 10 business days for custom items before they are shipped.

Currently we are only shipping to the United States. We hope to expand internationally soon.

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges for 30 days post purchase. Returned items must be in their original condition and damage free.

Yes! You can exchange your Spark Joy bracelet for a different size within 30 days of shipment. We recommend checking out our size guide to get your perfect fit! Bracelets must be returned undamaged to qualify for an exchange. Buyer will pay for the return shipping and seller will pay for the exchange shipping. Bulk orders do not qualify for sizing returns.

We invested in high quality gold beads for the Spark Joy bracelets. All gold beads range from 18-24K plated and will not easily tarnish. With that said – they are not solid gold beads and over time with constant repeated moisture and sweat – the plating will start to fade. We recommend removing your bracelets during water and sweat activities.

Our classic bracelet is made with elastic stretch cord. If it is tugged too much – the cording will stretch and not go back into place. We recommend gentle care when putting on and removing your bracelets. Try rolling your bracelets over your hand instead of stretching them.

Our bracelets are designed for adults and made with high quality materials. Children ages 6+ are safe to wear them but we recommend supervision. DISCLAIMER – beaded bracelets are a choking hazard and should never be left alone with a baby or small child.
